Am I entitled to a replacement if the item is damaged?
Yes! If this happens, we are truly sorry. If the item’s defect is deemed valid, we will take care of you and cover all costs. A replacement product will be sent, and we will make sure to correct the issue ASAP.
Can I send my item as a gift?
Yes! Simply enter the receiver’s shipping address at checkout.
Can I apply more than one discount code onto my order?
You can only use one discount code per order.
How do I cancel an order?
We accept cancellation requests within 12 hours of placing an order. Please contact us via email or phone for changes such as quantity or shipping address. Requests received after 12 hours cannot be processed, as orders are prepared immediately.
Delivery
EmiratesCart.net offers Free Delivery on all orders above AED 275.
Products are generally dispatched and delivered within 2–3 business days.
Orders below AED 275 will incur a shipping charge which will be displayed at checkout.
If we are not able to ship to your initial shipping address within the UAE or Saudi Arabia, we will contact you ASAP to make alternate arrangements. If this is not possible, we will issue a full refund immediately.
How do I get a refund?
